Daytime Snowshoe Hiking Experience - Incl. Transfer from Tromsø
This tour includes a transfer from and back to Tromsø city center. Please meet up 15 minutes before the start of your activity at the meeting point.
We start the day with a comfortable bus ride to our basecamp. Upon arrival you will meet your guide and head together to one of the nearby tracks chosen for the day, based on the best conditions and views. At the start of the track, you will gear up with snowshoes and poles and get some instructions from your guide on how to walk with snowshoes. Snowshoeing is easy to learn, and your experienced local guide will ensure a safe and enjoyable hike. Along the way, you will hear stories about winter life in the Arctic, local wildlife, and the natural surroundings. There will be time to enjoy the view, take photos, and possibly spot wildlife.
After the hike, back at the camp, you can enjoy some relaxing time and warm drink by the cozy outdoor campfire before heading back by bus to the city center of Tromsø.
